Supersports is the number one sports retailer and distributor in Thailand and a part of Central Group of Companies, one of the largest Thai conglomerates which operates in retail, real estate development, brand development, hotels and resorts, and food service businesses.
Supersports was established in Thailand in December 1996, originating from the vision to re-invent the sporting goods department in Central and Robinson department stores, the two largest department stores in Thailand. With a breadth of selections from footwear and apparel to exercise machines and accessories from world-renowned brands such as Crocs, New Balance, Fila, Umbro, Adidas and Nike, together with well-trained sport specialists, Supersports has been recognized as the destination for all sporting goods.
A growing population of sport enthusiasts coupled with increasing awareness of health and fitness contributed to the phenomenal success of Supersports. Supersports now operates a total of 104 stores across the Kingdom of Thailand under the format of Supersports stores, Fit Sports stores, Crocs concept stores, New Balance concept stores, etc., serving over 16 million of sport enthusiasts annually.
Supersports is proud to bring its best quality products and exceptional services to Vietnam. The first Supersports store is ready to serve Vietnamese sport enthusiasts in October 2013 at Vincom Center Ba Trieu, Ha Noi. -

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE
To guarantee that our customers will be satisfy with merchandise purchased from every stores operated by CRC Sports, customers may exchange purchased merchandise for a new one which better satisfy their needs with following conditions:
– Unworn/ unwashed items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
– The exchange must be made at the same store where the merchandise is purchased.
– Promotional or discounted items, accessories, glasses and undergarments cannot be exchanged.
– Label must be attached to the merchandise and original receipt must be presented.
– Purchased merchandised can be exchanged 1 time ONLY for each invoice.
– The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original.
– CRC Sports reserves the right for the final decision.
RED TAX INVOICE
– Red tax invoice must be requested on the date and at the branch of purchase. Customers then can collect the red tax invoice at the store where the merchandise is purchased within 3 working days.
– Please ask and submit with the correct information in the request form at the cashier counter before payment.
– CRC Sports will not re-issue the red tax invoice in any cases unless it can be proved that the information on the red tax invoice is different from the request form.
GIFT WRAPPING (AVAILABLE SOON)
Gift wrapping service will be available soon at every Supersports, Crocs, and New Balance concept store.
– Service is available free of charge the purchase of any merchandise.
– Customers must present the original receipt to get the gift wrapping service.
THE1CARD – LOYALTY CARD (AVAILABLE SOON)
Every purchase gets rewards. The1Card allows customers to collect points across a wide range of stores, such as Supersports, Crocs, New Balance and much more. Points can be accumulated and redeemed for cash coupon, discount, and many other privileges. The1Card will be accepted at more than 30 stores plus 2 department stores across Vietnam in 2014.
